Join us for an elegant evening celebrating the winners of the LIV Hospitality Design Awards

2020, 2021 and 2022 at the prestigious “Four Seasons Gresham Palace” in Budapest,
on Friday, the 14th of April 2023.

We will be honoring Hospitality Design excellence and the achievements of the best

Architects and Interior Designers of the industry.

Over the course of the evening, the LIV Awards “Design of the Year” winning projects will

be presented and the recipients will be invited on the stage to receive their trophies.

Attendees will have a chance to meet the LIV Awards winners, jury members, press

representatives and members of the LIV Hospitality Design Awards organizing team at
the Awards Ceremony, followed by a cocktail reception.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Awards timing: The Awards Ceremony will start at 7.00 PM sharp at the ZrInyi Passage
(Ground Floor).

Where will the cocktail reception take place?

The cocktail reception will take place at the ZrInyi Passage, a cloakroom will be available in
Gresham staircase, right next to the venue.

Who will receive the LIV Awards Trophies?

The “Design of the Year” title winners from the LIV Awards 2020, 2021 and 2022 will receive
a trophy & their works will be projected on stage (please refer to the listing above).

Will I be called on stage, will my work be projected?

All winning projects of the last 3 years will be projected during the event, all winning
designers will be call on stage for a group picture.

Please note that we will have a photo booth with LIV Awards certificates and trophies,
allowing everyone during the evening to have fabulous pictures taken with them. These
trophies and certificates won’t be personalized but will look fantastic!

Can I bring my trophy or certificate to the event?

Yes, if you have previously received a certificate and/or trophy and would like to bring it to
the event to have pictures with you colleagues, jury members, LIV Awards team, etc., please
feel free to do so. You will be able to keep your trophies and certificates at the venue
cloakroom during the cocktail reception.

How can I book my tickets?

Two complimentary tickets per awarded company is provided. Please connect to your LIV
Awards account, click on the Tab “EVENT” to proceed.
Additional tickets can be purchased directly on your LIV Awards account.

How can I purchase additional tickets?

Absolutely, please connect to your LIV Awards account, click on the Tab “EVENT”, you will
have the possibility to purchase additional tickets for CHF240 per person (maximum 8 tickets
per company). The Event ticket includes the welcome drink, the attendance to the Awards
ceremony and the cocktail reception.

How can I cancel if I am no longer able to attend the event?

The complimentary tickets are free to cancel, additional pay tickets are not refundable but
transferable, to change the names of your guests please contact info@livawards.com
In case of cancellation, kindly let us know at least 2 weeks prior the event as tickets are
limited.

How to access the Four Seasons Gresham Palace Budapest?

Facing the iconic Chain Bridge on the banks of the Danube, the Four Seasons Gresham Palace
is in the heart of Budapest’s historic centre. 

Parking is available on site, however we recommend public transportation: Trams and Buses
stop at Széchenyi István tér. The hotel is located in the heart of Budapest, 45 minutes by taxi
(direction ).

Do you have recommended Hotels?

We do not have preferred agreement with hotels; however, we would recommend booking
a property in the vicinity of the event location. Here are a few suggestions…
