Hello friends.
Please read carefully! Welcome on board of MOS 2020 in Wiesbaden/Mainz-Kastel. To complete
your registration we need you to fill out the form below and return the signed paper to us. This is
mandatory! If there is any change or cancellation of participants please inform us immidiately.

The bad thing: we can not do the event as the years before which means it will be non-public, no
music, no bars, no parties, no breakdancing, no program.
The good thing: we got the permit to do the painting of the big main walls and will refresh the
gallery, we will have a great painting weekend and make new friends and connections.

We are planing a live stream to broadcast the event. If you have any short videos (max. 1.30
minutes or photos you want us to add, send it over. During the event we will do interviews and
introduction of the artists.

Accomodation?
In the years before we hosted all our guests at the youth center near-by the spot. This year this is
not possible due the Corinna rules. So we will host our guests in hostels in Mainz, approx 10-15
minutes bus ride to the spot. The rooms are between 2 and 4 bed rooms and will come with
breakfast. During the event the youth center near-by will provide food such as sandwiches and
drinks. Please consider that we can not cover your travel! So only confirm your participation
when you can cover your trip! Dont confirm and then cancel later when you find out you are
low in budget and can not come.

Cans?
This year we are sponsored by a new brand from Italy „TAG Colors“. Very good and sustainable
paint. The free cans for each artist we can provide is 15 cans. After your registration we will form
the wall groups for the 3 main walls and send out mails to each group to connect all the artists so
you have the contacts and can organise and plan your concept.

Walls?
MOS is about bringing artists together, so be in the right mood to cooperate. This year we will
focus on the 3 main walls located at the underpass-complex. Our target for the walls is to have big
productions coming together as one big piece of art. Once we have received the Sign-up-forms we
will do a wall-plan. The plan will have a photo of your wall, location, size and all contacts to the
artists of your wall. There can not be any change of spots and it is important you stick to our
wall-plan. The exchange of spaces would cause an endless chain reaction and
displacement. To avoid chaos, we ask you to respect this plan! Once we have sent out the
wall-plan, please get connected within the group and create one big concept. We will also send out
a order-form for the cans. When you have your concepts please collect all orders of all artists on
your wall within the group and make one order per wall. We only accept one orderform per wall.

It is important you arrive 3 september for the check in

- 03rd September 20: Check In in hostel, Meet & Greet at the spot 19.00
- 04th September 20: Start of painting at 11.00
- 05th September 20: Start of painting at 11.00
- 06th September 20: Event closing at 21.00
- 07th September 20: Check out Hostel at 12.00

Participation at the Meeting Of Styles is at your own risk. The instructions of the organisation have
to be followed and are absolutely mandatory. The participants note that the organizer is not liable
for any accident or damage during the event. The organizer accepts no liability for loss and
damages of personal items such as clothes, property, valuables and material. Resulting health
effects from a participation, other damages, criminal or administrative prosecution does not justify
such liability whatsoever against the organizer.
