I am CARLOS DAVID Q. MICIANO, a 4th Year College Student , taking up

Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Cavite States University - Imus
Campus. As part of my academic requirements for the second semester, I am required
to look for the on-the-job training/internship for any reputed company that is related to
Information Technology Industry, Graphic Designing and Multimedia Industry with the
following conditions:

- To render a total of 486 hours.

- On-site Internship/OJT
- With allowance if POSSIBLE or even without
- Within Cavite or Manila
- Willing to provide a Certificate of Completion
- Must be willing to enter a partnership and sign Memorandum of
Agreement(MOA) with school

I am confident that under your company/institution, I can acquire valuable

knowledge and skills to complement those that I have learned in school. In exchange, I
