In line with the Information Technology curriculum program approved by CHED, it is a

requirement that a student before completion of his/her academic requirements that
he/she must engage to any relevant On-The-Job Training (540 hours).

We would like to recommend our students from the College of Information and
Computing Studies of Lyceum-Northwestern University, Dagupan City to be given a
hands-on training and other related jobs in information technology to prepare them for
better employment opportunities.

In this regard, we would like to request from your good office to be one of our industry
partners in carrying out OJT/Practicum. Attached herein is the Memorandum of
Agreement that will evidently link our university to your institution.
