The Church administration is the overseer of how the church functions, yearly

plans for events and evangelism, check the finances, and keep the
communications with the members and the senior pastor. It involves various
responsibilities, including leadership, organization, financial management, and
spiritual guidance

Our church strategies for the church growth is every Sunday we divided the 12
tribes members into 3 tribes each week to evangelize. Once they are invited, we
consolidate the new believers, we would invite them to our prayer network in
Facebook messengers (we divide these networks from Monday-Saturday). The
members including the Pastoral staffs pray every day and we found this
encouraging to the new members.

On Sunday before they enter the Biblical Foundations, they will have class about
New Believers to understand more about our faith and the bible then they join the
new believers class.

In addition, each tribes have their own cell group where they pray, they share
their testimony and what God has done this week in their lives.

During public holidays, we would also organize activities like water baptism,
sports fest, Encounter God’s Retreat (EGR).

Our desire churches have to reach more people for Christ should come from
God's heart for the world and understanding Jesus' mission to seek and save the
lost. Churches that want to grow in numbers should do it out of a desire to live out
the great commission and that’s the main goal of our church to seek and save the
lost.
