The Competent Authority has nominated Shri Yogesh Jaisinghani, Ship Surveyor posted
in Mercantile Marine Department, Mumbai as Executive Nodal offrcer for t}le following
projects in addition to his own duties and responsibilities without any extra
remuneration with immediate effect and until further orders.

1. To pursue to with CPWD oflicials for issuance of Fair Rent Certificate for the ofiice
of DG Shipping at 9th floor, Beta Building, I-think techno campus, Kanjur Marg
East, Mumbai 4OOO42 and any other activities incidental thereof in consultation
with Dr. P. K. Raut, DDG (Admin.) and with prior approval of PO, MMD, Mumbai;
2. To pursue with all concerned departments to undertake primary works at MMD,
Mumbai Port Authority, State Government etc for the pushing ahead with the step-
wise manner of works as indicated in DG's email dated 2.1.2024 (copy attached).
3. The logistic support may be provided by PO, MMD, Mumbai 0
