Nowadays, there have been may people cannot read and write.

What problems
does this cause? What measures can government take to solve these problems?
Writing:
It is widely acknowledgeD that the issues OF INGORANCE OF EDUCATION
have become the most heating topics nowadays WHEN A LARGE NUMBER OF
CITIZENS ARE UNABLE TO READ AND WRITE. Although there will
undoubtedly be some negative consequences of this problem, government and
individuals can take steps to mitigate these potential effects.
To begin with, hardship and adversities of life and lack of education/SOCIAL
UNDERSTANDING/UNEMPLOYMENT AND HEALTH NEGATIVITIES are
two biggest detrimental consequences. The first negative fact of being illiterate is
that they might BECOME JOBLESS. The fact that recent economy, the industrial
is becoming more and more modern and innovative that requires company and
organization to apply sophisticated and advance machine to boost their
productivity. In order operate their machine, there is a need of labor nor face who
are qualified all well educated. It’s impossible to apply for a job without
qualifications and degree. As consequence, they may struggle with badly paid
manual jobs and even become REDUNDANT which renderS/ DRIVES THEM not
being able to cover living expenses, making their live in poverty.
AS A RESULT, ONCE THEY ARE POOR, it IS difficult for THEM TO pay for
services to improve life. THEY ARE UNABLE TO FACILITATE THEIR FAMILY
WITH BASIC AMENITIES.
Additionally, a lack of knowledge MAKES THEM UNABLE TO comprehend
instructions and guidance WHICH ARE IMPORTANT AND BENEFICIAL FOR
THEIR HEALTH. For example, during the Covid-19 pandemic, when hospitals
were overloaded of bed, civilians had to take care of themselves. However, if they
were unable to read instructions and prescriptions, they could not protect
themselves and threaten to die. AT THE SAME TIME, THEY DO NOT HAVE
ENOUGH MONEY TO PAY FOR TREATMENT WHICH EVENTUALLY
MAKES THEM STRUGGLE WITH POOR HEALTH AND EVEN FATAL
DIEASES..

There are several actions that governments and individuals could take to solve the
problems describe above. First and foremost, individuals should provision of free
education in schools by reducing the level of illiteracy in a country. Some people
fail to attend school . This is because they lack of money to pay for the fees and
offering free education with poorer people can reduce the financial burden that
parents and students which not only help increase the number of people attending
school and reduce illiteracy levels within society but also improve society,
contribute to social stability and security. In addition, living in the age of
technology and information, we have to take advantage of hi-tech development to
improve educational quality. This measure can be applied by creating more digital
platforms for reading and listening. For instance, digital libraries can be
particularly beneficial for those who live far away from urban centers to expand
their knowledge base and become more informed. Last but not least, government
invest more budget in upgrading the education infrastructure will also need to be
taken. To do this, the government can modern learning facilities and train qualified
teachers paying. This can help higher salaries for teacher and workers who work in
these undeveloped areas

In conclusion, hardship and adversities of life and lack of education are the two
severe impacts of cannot read and write; and governments could free education in
schools and pay more attention and investment in education to improve the
problems identified above
