Every child benefits from gender equality in education. It provides a secure and encouraging atmosphere in which
children of both genders may receive a great education. In contrast, gender inequality is a kind of (1)
treatment that comes in a variety of shapes and sizes. For example, (2) comments which used to be male-
favoured in many traditional schools made boys do better in maths than girls.
In reality, boys tend to rule classroom engagement in most high schools. They raise their hands more often, (3)
in class discussions, and read out loud from class readings. Due to this class control, teachers often
depend on (4) students to serve as class leaders. Young women are being called upon less and less, and as
a result, they are choosing to keep silent. As a result, many young women are entering their extremely important
school years less confident.
It is critical that young women have the opportunity to express themselves in a (5) atmosphere if their
voices are to be heard. Allowing young women to work at discussions and encouraging them to develop their
views are a successful way to reach gender equality.

partnerships with world-class athletes and teams.
In 1965, the Nobel Peace Prize was (5) ______ to UNICEF, and in 2006, it received the Prince of Asturias Award of
