Lead time is upon approval of shop drawings from Architect/Designer/Owner.
Partial Delivery of Items must be scheduled before production.
NO FINAL DIMENSIONS, FINISHES SUCH AS WOOD TONE, FABRIC, COLOR AND OTHERS DETAILS = NO
PRODUCTION

Next steps:
Upon confirmation of signed quotation and confirmation of payment we will send you shop drawings for your approval. Once shop
drawings are approved material mobilization and production will commence.

Specific delivery date will be duly coordinated with client.

NOTES:
Price quoted is exclusive of VAT.

Quotation are valid for 15 days after date of proposal. After validity of period, new quotation may be requested.

Some factors that may affect pricing and delivery time:


• Fabrics are subject to availability. Some may take time to deliver than others due to importation.
• If you have a specific color swatch other than our selection, this will impact price and production time as it requires special
mixing time and approval before finishing.

FOR CUSTOM ORDER: Once final sizing and design has been approved after approval of work drawing any changes to design will
be charged extra fee accordingly or may not be accepted.

FOR REUPHOLSTERY AND FURNITURE REFURBISHING: No work drawing will be provided but please double check the
details that we have on the order form to make sure we have the work scope correct - any changes to design will be charged extra fee
accordingly or may not be accepted.

FURNITURE DELIVERIES: Customers are responsible for checking that all goods have free and easy access to their intended
destination. Additional costs apply for difficult access.
Purchaser must inspect product and note any damages or order errors advise us via email within 24 hours.

COURIER COLLECTIONS: If you send a courier to have your piece collected, please let us know prior so we can ensure it is packed
appropriately and is ready to go. Please note a packing and handling fee may apply.

Cancellation:

All items are non-returnable. In the event of workshop defects in any of our custom-work, concern will be addressed when reported
within 14 days after delivery. All damages incurred by Owner from use shall not be the accountability of the Upcycle Manila Team.

Upcycle Manila does not accept cancellations on any custom ordered product after 24 hours of the order being placed. Upcycle Manila
does not accept returns on any custom ordered product. For any non-custom items, Upcycle Manila will accept cancellation for a full
refund if the item has not been delivered.
