This agreement is entered into as of the 09, Day of February, 2024, between Ms.

Kristine
Ann K. Poyaoan (“The draftsman”) and Engr. Jaime Robles Jr. (“The Client”).

1. The draftsman must prepare and submit the required files (Architectural, Structural,
Plumbing and Electrical Plans) to the client for building permit purposes of the house
renovation on or before February 17, 2024, Saturday.

2. Draftsman must submit initial drawings for checking before February 17, 2024, Saturday.

3. The client has the right to request for revision to the draftsman with maximum of four (4)
revisions only for 2D PLANS and maximum of three (3) revisions only for 3D DRAWINGS
including minor and major revisions.

4. Client must pay a total amount of 7,500 php for the full set of drawings required to the
draftsman.
Price breakdown:
2d drawings (600 per sheet.)
1. Architectural - 2 to 3 sheets
2. Structural - 3-4 sheets
3. Electrical - 2-3 sheets
4. Plumbing - 2-3 sheets
5. Total: 6,500 php
3d perspectives with rendering (Exterior & Interior, for interior maximum of two views
each floor.)
Total Package – 1,000 php

GRAND TOTAL: 7,500

5. The client must pay a downpayment amounting 3,000 php or 40% of the total package
before the draftsman proceed with the drawings.

6. Draftsman will collect payments through GCASH application. (GCASH Account:

09065691761 Kristine Ann P.)

7. The client must pay the remaining balance of 4,500 Php once the draftsman submitted the
required and revised plans and drawings needed on or before February 17, 2024.

8. For additional revisions, client must pay a revision fee of 300 php per revision.
