Peter Buyombowz admitted at Masarati

University in Masa state to study law .

After he had been admitted a ccircular
wz made stopping any male student from
attending class if he had dred locks. Peter
is Rasta farian and believes that his dred
locks bring him closer to " Jah the most
high." He then gathers other students
who are rasta farian and storm the vice
counselor's office closing themselves in
there for an hour. Peter was expelled for
false imprisonment of the vice counselor
and for acting contrally to the rules of the
University. These rules were made the
morning after Peter was expelled.
Peter in turn asked the university to
immediately remove their covid 19
vacation center from his land at vid
wiskq avenue. He stormed the site early in
the morning and fenced it off. He was
arrested by the NFC an Elite force of
Masa state, taken to an abandoned
factory where he was forced to dance
lingera for 2days with out rest,
everytime he said he was tired they
gave him an energy drink, " Dancer"
and beat up his knees from behind and
asked him to continue .
After 2days he became unconscious
and the NFC brought him to the
Masarati University Hospital which
treated him
but cut off his hair during the process .
when he was okay, the NFC wrote to him
because he had acted against the health
of the city that he was to leave the city
with in 24hrs .
The laws of Masa state are the same as
UG laws and hence application of these
laws is required.
 ISSUES TO HANDLE
1. Whether the refusal to allow Peter in

class at the University was law full .

2. Whether his expellation was law full .
3. Whether Peter had the right to evict

the University off his land.

4.Whether his arrest by the NFC was
lawful .

5. Whether tthe cutting off of Peters hair

without his consent was lawful .
6. Whether the order by NFC for peter

to vacate the city was lawful .
