우리가 해결하고 싶은 문제는 주변에 카페가 너무 많고, 마음에 쏙드는 카페를 찾기가 어렵다는
점이야. 많은 사람들이 이용하는 네이버나 카카오맵은 내가 원하는, 목적에 맞는 카페가 아닌 이
미 잘 알려진 카페만을 상위 노출 시키고 있기 때문이야. 카페 소비자들이 공부를 할 때는 조용
한 카페를, 데이트를 할 때는 인테리어가 예쁜 카페를 찾는다는 점을 무시하고 말이야. 그래서 우
리는 소비자가 카페를 방문하는 목적과 그에 따라 중요하게 생각하는 카페 선택 기준에 대한 정
보를 제공하는 어플을 만들었어.
When you open Xpresso, you'll be prompted to choose a category. The four categories are, Study
& Work, Date &Hang out, coffee&dessert, and Aesthetic. Study & Work을 선택하면 현재 카페의
혼잡도와 와이파이 비밀번호를 알 수 있어. Date &Hang out을 선택한다면 카페의 내부 사진과 분
위기에 대한 정보를 제공해. coffee&dessert를 선택한다면 메뉴에 대한 정보와 후기를 알려줘. 이
처럼 각자의 니즈에 맞는 정보를 정확하게 제공하는거야. 다른 어플과 마찬가지로 Read and write
reviews, View cafes on a map도 당연히 가능해. 마켓 리서치 결과 84퍼센트의 사암들이 우리의 어
플을 이용하고 싶다고 답했어.
We're here today to talk about a problem that we're passionate about solving:
finding the perfect coffee shop.
There are so many coffee shops out there, it can be hard to know where to start.
Other apps like Naver and Kakao Map often prioritize well-known cafes, rather than
cafes that are actually a good fit for your needs.
For example, if you're looking for a quiet place to study, you don't want to be stuck
in a crowded cafe with loud music.
That's why we created Xpresso. Xpresso is recommendation app that helps you
find the perfect cafe for your needs.
When you open Xpresso, you'll be prompted to choose a category. We have four
categories: Study & Work, Date & Hang out, Coffee & Dessert, and Aesthetic.
If you choose Study & Work, you'll see information about the cafe's noise level, WiFi
password, and availability of outlets. If you choose Date & Hang out, you'll see
photos of the cafe's interior and atmosphere. If you choose Coffee & Dessert, you'll
see information about the cafe's menu and reviews.
We also offer the same features as other coffee apps, such as the ability to read
and write reviews, and view cafes on a map.
In our market research, we found that 84% of people would be interested in using
our app.
Our target market is college-aged women who are looking for a variety of factors
when choosing a coffee shop. We're starting with Shinchon, which has a population
of over 40,000 potential users, including students from Yonsei, Sogang, and Ewha
University.
We're planning to market our app through YouTube and Instagram. On YouTube,
we'll create content featuring our app and upload it to channels that are popular
with our target market. On Instagram, we'll target users who are active on the
platform between 12pm and 6pm, which is when they're most likely to be looking
for a coffee shop.
We believe that Xpresso has the potential to be a major player in the coffee
recommendation app market. If we can achieve just 100 new users per month, we'll
generate $14,129 in revenue. In addition, we'll also generate significant advertising
revenue from cafes that want to promote themselves on our app.
