Urgent Notice
Subject: Notifying a Date for Final Year Project Submission and Presentation

Dear final year students of school of computing and informatics , according to the notice posted
on the behalf of academic vice dean of school of computing and informatics ,we were asked to
announce a date for your final year project submission and presentation. Accordingly, we would
like to inform you that your final project presentation date has been scheduled to be held on
Tuesday (Jan 28, 2016). However, in order to make you presentation successful, it is vital that you
have to submit your project documents in a timely manner. Hence, we would like to inform you
that ,the deadline for your project documents submission is scheduled to Saturday (Jan 25, 2016)
at 2:00 – 6:00 LT.

For any late document submission , we would like to emphasize that we do not accept and not
take a responsible .Therefore, please ensure that you complete all the necessary tasks those your
advisors are agreed on. And do not forget to sign the document by both of your advisors before the
deadline. To make the process as easy as possible ,we will be available to answer any questions
you may have. Please, do not hesitate to reach out to us if you are facing any difficulties. We look
forward to seeing your hard work and the exceptional presentations you have prepared . we wish
