Title: Business Plan Proposal for D23C's LeafLoaf

I. Executive Summary

Awareness of high quality baked goods is on the rise. Good bread is a rare
combination of nutrients, convenience and luxury. Today's consumer has less
time to create wholesome, handmade bread, but increasingly appreciates the
nutritional and sensory benefits provides. Good bread never goes out of style.

Bread is a staple food item in many cultures around the world, meaning there is a
consistent and regular demand for it. Since bread is consumed regularly,
customers often repurchase it, leading to consistent sales.The owners will look
forward for the progress and success of the business in the near future.

II. Company Description

This business produce a bread that is quite unique since it has very special
ingredients which is the leaves of horsiradish. That will surely gives nutrients to
the consumer.
The business falls into the sector of of productions of leafloaf, where the bread
that a business going to sell is made by the employees. On the other hand the
business is new and that are going to manage only by a sole proprietorship.
While, the expected consumer of the said product are the people around
Barangay Camflora San Andres Quezon specifically, in Sitio Sampaloc.

There are four (4) reasons why the owner chooses D23C's LeafLoaf as the name of
bread product. First, D23C are the first letter of the surname of the owners of the
business, so it is natural to put their identity after the product. Second, leaf comes
from the very important ingredients of bread which is leaves (Horseradish). It
makes the bread unique and special. Third, Loaf is another term of bread. Fourth,
D23C's LeafLoaf is easy to remember as the name of bread product.

The size of the market is enough to sell 2000 pieces of D23C's LeafLoaf a day.
Moreover the product are being distributed by the bakery where the costumer is
the only one who come to buy. But delivery is availabe too in the area of Sitio
Sampaloc, because the owner believes that the product will be easily sell if the
seller comes from the consumer.

Our primary target market is the people who are far from bakeries and looking for
affordable bread. According to recent studies, bread is used in a variety of meals,
from breakfast and snacks which increases its demand.

D23C's LeafLoaf will be managed by Ma. Clair Nicole Castro, who has experience
in baking. The team will also consist of skilled bakers and customer service staff.

V. Services and Products

D23C's LeafLoaf breads will stand out from the competition due to their
uniqueness and outstanding quality. It is also available 24 hours a day. The
owners are confident that their products have good benefits since it has healthy
ingredients. They can take some nutrition from the product since it has green
leaves. This product is not only for breakfast but also you can eat it whenever you
want. In addition, the consumer will become happy and satisfied if they taste
D23C's LeafLoaf due to the texture and kind of weed of it. The unique taste of the
D23C's LeafLoaf is what the consumer wants.

The owners decided to do have delivery in area of Sitio Sampaloc Barangay


Camflora San Andres Quezon to sell their product, since it is easy to sell if the
sellers are the one who go to their costumer or consumer. D23C'S LeafLoaf
product will be truly unique in others bread products. The look feels and taste of
its bread caught the attention of everyone. D23C'S LeafLoaf will underscore the
quality and value of others.

The business will be going to produced 2000 pieces of D23C's LeafLoaf per day.
The target market of D23C's LeafLoaf is the people around Barangay Camflora,
specially in Sitio Sampaloc. The owners are looking forward that they can sell
100% of the products in the resident of Barangay Camflora most especially in Sitio
sampaloc.

VII. Funding Request

We are seeking an initial investment of PHP 100,000 to cover start-up costs,


including lease, renovations, equipment, and initial inventory.

VIII. Financial Projections

Based on our market analysis, we expect to achieve profitability by the second


year of operations. Detailed financial projections and break-even analysis are
available upon request.
