Roles and Responsibilities:


i. Source and provide training for IPOs and Demat accounts, along with collecting
margin.
ii. Source and provide training for Life, Health and General Insurance products.
iii. Source and provide training for Mutual Fund.
iv. Source and provide training for various financial market tools, including
Portfolio Management.
v. Source and provide training for different types of loans and Overdraft facilities.
vi. Source and provide training for DSC (digital signature certificate).
vii. Source and provide training for GST E-Invoicing and Tax return processes...

Incentives Justification:

BDE incentives will be evaluated using a performance-based point system (PBPS).


Incentives will be justified based on points earned by the BDE. A point allocation sheet
will be provided separately.

Performance Evaluation:
a) Your performance will be assessed based on financial services and product
knowledge, as well as the points earned through your efforts.
b) Exceptional performance may lead to Performance Bonuses and Group bonuses
as separate rewards.
c) High-performing candidates may be considered for future placement
opportunities within the company.
