Marking Period 3 Reflection

Looking back at your work from Marking Period 1,

1. What is going well for you in Engineering Technology? What systems are working
for you? What skills have you built?

Working with partners is one thing that is going very well for me. Something else that’s going good for
me is the notes system. When I need help, I can look back at my notes, ask my partner or the teacher.

2. What kinds of things are not going so well? What kinds of things have been an
obstacle for you? How did you challenge yourself?

Managing time is not going so well for me. In the future I hope to manage my time better. If I manage
my time better I can turn thing in on time.

3. What kinds of things do you need to do differently to have a greater level of

success? What kinds of things do you need to work on improving during MP4
What do you hope to learn?

To have a greater level of success I need to manage my time better. Hopefully by doing this I can do
much better in the future in this class. I hope to learn whatever is next for me. Such as coding.

4. Choose one quality, from the Creativity Rubric, that you have shown personal
growth in, and explain how

Flexibility/Adaptability. I chose this because I have seen it in the paper tower design challenge. I can
think of new ways to do or build things and I can look around and learn from what others are doing.
 5. Choose one quality, from the Creativity Rubric, that you feel you would like to
strengthen, and explain why.

Persistence because when things get boring then I tend to lose interest easily. I want to strengthen at
persistence so that even when things get boring or hard I can keep going. If I strengthen this I can do
better.
