to provide the following product as indicated below to the "Buyer", in accordance with the
following international procedures:

PROCEDURE 1. Important. If you decide to take this offer, you must send your confirmation
within 24 hours of receiving it.
2. Once your confirmation is received, we will send you the closing documents and banking
information to make the payment transfer.
3. Once your payment transfer has been received, we will proceed to coordinate the respective
cargo removal operation and the due inspection and certification of delivery and quantity, by the
international certification company International Alex Stewart or similar.
4. The arrival and delivery of the cargo to the Port of Arica will be certified by the international
