PROJECT #1
Malleco Province
Hall Building
The Malleco Province Hall Building was
rebuilt through a public bid, bringing
together eleven public services that
were scattered throughout the city.
The building project relates to a
window - type system due to its
windows with vertical louvers. The
building is designed with a minimalistic
approach and durable materials that
would permit the flexible use of its
spaces to respond to the variety of
services and activities that would be
offered in the coming decades.

PROJECT #1
Vue Cinema
The Vue Cinema in Ethan was
designed by architect Chapman
Taylor with perforated cladding
which gives a subtle nod to the
Art-Deco cinemas of the 1930s.
This subtle yet effective rain-
screen cladding design re-
established an image from
Eltham’s heyday, when, in the
1920s and 30s, it underwent an
accelerated rate of housing
development.

TILT-UP WALL
PANEL SYSTEM
PROJECT #1
Entrata Building
in Utah
This is a four-story, 106,000-square-foot,
class-A office building constructed using tilt-
up concrete. The use of the Tilt-Up Wall Panel
System allowed for the creation of a modern
and aesthetically pleasing exterior facade.
Additionally, the inherent insulation
properties of the tilt-up panels contribute to
the building’s energy efficiency. It utilized the
Tilt-Up Wall Panel System for its construction.
This system allowed for quick and efficient
construction with the exterior shell erected in
just 10 days. The building was designed with
floor-to-ceiling glazing, providing natural light
and taking advantage of the surrounding views.
The tilt-up panels provided strength for lifting
and resisting wind and seismic forces,
demonstrating the durability of this
construction method.

WALL PANEL
SYSTEM
PROJECT #1
A 3-Storey Residential
House at Las Piñas City,
Philippines
This 3-storey residential building used an EPS wall
panel system as its walls. An EPS wall panel system
refers to a construction technique that utilizes
expanded polystyrene (EPS) panels as the main
building material. These panels are lightweight, rigid,
and insulating, making them an ideal choice for
constructing walls in various structures. EPS wall
panel systems offer several advantages in the
construction industry. Firstly, these panels have
excellent thermal insulation properties, helping to
reduce energy consumption and lower heating and
cooling costs. Secondly, EPS panels are lightweight
and easy to install, saving time and labor during the
construction process. Thirdly, these panels have
exceptional soundproofing abilities, improving the
acoustic quality inside buildings. Finally, EPS wall
panel systems are durable and resistant to
moisture, mold, and fungi growth, ensuring the
longevity of the structure. Overall, EPS wall panel
systems provide energy efficiency, ease of
installation, improved acoustics, and durability,
making them an attractive choice for construction
projects.

WALL PANEL
SYSTEM
PROJECT #2
A 2-Storey Residential
House at Mabalacat,
Philippines
This 2-storey residential building used a drywall
system. A drywall system is an interior wall and ceiling
construction method that uses gypsum panels, also
known as drywall, instead of traditional bricks or plaster.
Drywall panels are typically made of a gypsum core
sandwiched between two layers of paper. These panels
are attached to metal or wood framing to create a
smooth and seamless surface for finishing and
decoration. Drywall systems are valued for their cost-
effectiveness, versatility, and ease of installation.
