EVENTS
We invite you to host a concessionaire booth where you may sell items, provide information, or
register people as one of our Vendors or Exhibitors for the following events:
Juneteenth Youth Fest & June 8-9, 2024 Mellon Park Set-up time: 8am-9am
Heritage Celebration
WPA (Pittsburgh) June 14-16, 2024 Minority Vendor on When - Friday, June 14th,
Juneteenth Liberty Avenue or Location - Liberty & Penn
Market Square Ave between Stanwix &
Commonwealth Place,
Time - 9am-10am
Pittsburgh Soul Food Aug. 30- Sept. 1 Market Square When - Friday, Aug. 30th,
Fest Location -Market Square,
Downtown Pittsburgh
Time - 9am-10am
Point State Park Vendors Only (10 x 10 Tent & Space is provided)
You are responsible for your own: display, equipment, EZ up canopy, property, table, chairs, etc.
There is no electricity available and there is no water source for Vendors or Street Vendors on Penn
Avenue. (BRING A GENERATOR FOR POWER)
ATTENTION: You cannot drive any vehicle on Point State Park grass or walkway at any time.
Violators will be immediately removed from the festival list as a Vendor.
There is no drop-off parking, bringing your own cart or other manual means of transporting your
goods is recommended.

Registration must be accompanied by a business check or money-order payable to: “Stop the
Violence-Pittsburgh” and mailed to: 1106 Success St., Pittsburgh, PA 15212

Important Information:
1) STVP Staff will assign ALL VENDOR LOCATIONS.
2) In 2024, An Economic Impact Survey of the Juneteenth, Black Music Fest & Soul Food Festival
will be conducted. We are asking all Product Vendors to participate. We will be giving you a new
application for this Program once you confirm your participation.
3) No Vendor will be permitted to sell ANY drink beverage such as: water, BEER, alcohol, sodas or
juices (this does not include Lemonade, Italian Ice, Snow Cone or Ice-cream Vendors). Violators
of this notice will be required to leave the event WITHOUT Refund.
4) All FOOD Vendors MUST BE a registered Food Business, Caterer or Restaurant Owner. All Food
Vendors MUST acquire a Food Safety Permit from the Allegheny Health Department to sell food
at this event.
5) All Vendors MUST BE a registered business within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or an
appropriate Vendor State.
6) All Vendors are responsible for their own property and equipment. Organizers will not be held
liable for any lost or stolen property. You are responsible for your own: display, equipment, EZ up
canopy & weights, property, table, chairs, etc.
7) TRASH REMOVAL & CLEAN-UP: Each Vendor will be responsible for all Trash storage and
removal from their areas. Trash cans will be placed in the Park or Street areas. Item Vendors will
submit a $25 refundable trash removal fee with their deposit and Food Vendors will submit a $100
cash or money order refundable deposit with applications. Clean-up deposits will be returned
after inspection of the Vendors assigned area.
8) Parking will be available on the streets near the venue or in parking garages. THERE ARE NO
PARKING PASSES FOR THESE EVENTS
