BREATHING-Try to keep your lips gently sealed and breathe through your
nose. Just observe the gentle inhale and exhale with your eyes closed.
Mudras should not be practiced by preagnant ladies [only under expert advice].
Avoid during Menopause, chronic ulcers, eye disorders , chronic back
inflammation , chronic hypertension.
Mudras should not be practiced by a woman immediate after delivery.
People suffering from shoulder , wrist , ankle and neck injuries should practise
only under the advice of experts..
Avoid practicing mudras immediate after having food, there must be a gap of 2
to 3 hours.
