Tea Said I should speak with you about resolving past conflicts, That I personally
remember nothing about. If I had done something in the past to cause you Hurt I do
appologize, However I remember nothing of it and am Unable to appologize for
specific things, As during that time I was actively trying to end my life. --- So
This is me reaching out to try and deal with whatever issues still lie between us
on your end. ^^
As I had said to Tea, I was simply seeking to be a DM due to the lack of active
DM's that we currently have and I have Twenty plus years of experience with
Tabletop RPGs, as well as 10-15 years of Working as staff on servers and of running
my own. --- We currently have a lack of DMs.

Again I do apologize for whatever transpired between us in the past, however if you
have time to speak on it, Please let me know. Though I have a 12 hour shift
tonight, so My responses for the next few days will be a little slow depending on
when you respond to me. Know that there is No ill will between us on my end.

Hello! Sorry, I needed some time to process. I'd like to preface this by saying
that while we have a shortage of DMs, the quality of the DM in terms of
personability is above all else. We can teach people do DM: we can't easily change
someone to be more personable/work with a team.

In the past, when you've applied, I have denied it for a few reasons.

When we last worked together, we had to completely restructure NPC guidelines due
to complaints regarding your NPCs from players. The aggressive tone conveyed by
many of your NPCs at the time was contributing to a staff vs the player mentality
which is unhealthy for the server as a whole.

If you recall, this came to a head when it led to Dreaming Dark being ostracized
and outcast by you and a few others in your closest circle. The conflict resolution
for that was met with resistance and inactivity on your end, which is not fit for
acting on our team.

Since then, you've had me blocked and so in my perspective that harsh experience
with you is now at the forefront of what I think of when I think of you. An
individual who would ostracize a PC and be resistant to conflict resolution to the
point where that PC leaves the server.
And so if you're genuine about wanting to give back to the community, that
perspective of you needs to change. I haven't been given any evidence to the
contrary beyond no additional major conflicts raising.

Neutrality, while it is a step forward, does not undo the negative perspective.

And May I ask exactly what kind of Evidence you hope to receive? As It stands, that
statement was too Broad to give me anything clear that is expected of me.

Work well with others, in RP and in session.
Offer guidance to new players, facilitate activity among all players.
Engage in events.

When I followed up the recent request to determine why you haven't been eligible,
the only feedback I got from other players has been that you often go against the
party and don't work well with others.

With this However, No I do not remember any point of this at all, However It does
sound like the way I had dealt with my problems Until I had managed to get out of
the situation that I was In. Though you may not believe it one way or another, I
have changed, and have gone out of my way not to cause any other problems, Going so
far as to create lines and opening up various roleplays for those who happen to be
around during the same time as me, Which as I work overnights, the cast is limited.

While I understand that my choices for NPCs tends to be on the exotic side, I am
fine to leave those by the sidelines as far as things go, and simply use More
cookie cutter style NPC's while driving things forward. --- However while dealing
with conflict resolution, the one I use most often is to remove myself from the
situation, Most often my characters or NPC counterparts.

With this, I am a positive member of the community, I have added nothing negative
to the experience of those who have joined, even going so far as to bring in some
new players to raise the number of active people.

I work well with others, often going out of my way to facilitate RP with others,
Again I am on Third shift, so I am not active when most are --- Besides the One
active DM we have.

I offer guidance when others do not, Though for fear of being called out for being
wrong due to rule changes I am unaware of, I tend to let others who are of a higher
rank than I am provide the answers, And answer myself if others do not.

I engage in events that I am present for, Again, most events happen when I am at
work or asleep due to the lack of staff that's available when I am around. ----

As far as going against the team or not working well with others, I would Like
specific notations of those moments, As I have always backed my team up when we
ended up in combat, While staying in character and attempting to deal with things
as they would. --- Most noted as Zakir, Who has only "left" the team once because
he was trying to gather information while the others were deciding what to do. When
that failed, I rejoined them. --- I have done the same thing with Hector in the
past, Only causing an issue between me and Mack, as They tend to try and take the
most forward path, while often ignoring the potential dangers, Which Hector, My
Mute Monk, Is Wary of. --- And Even then still arrived to back them up as the party
moved forward without him.

what I need to do differently in your eyes, and the eyes of those who have denied
