Subject: Complaint against House Breaking and Unauthorized Construction which is

not amounts to unlawful encroachment of my land but the same may also
adversely effect my easement rights in the other half of my immovable
property situated at Ward No. 10, Village - Bargaon, Saharsa-(Bihar)

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Chandan Jha, S/o. Kedar Nath Jha, R/o. Ward No. 10, Village - Bargaon, Saharsa-
(Bihar), am writing to bring to your attention a matter of grave concern involving my
ancestral house located in village Bargaon, District Sharsha, Bihar. I recently
discovered that my father's brothers, namely Sona Jha and Mantu Jha, have
committed acts of house breaking and are raising unauthorized construction on the
property without my consent.

Upon learning about these illegal activities, I traveled from Gujarat to assess the
situation personally. It has come to my attention that the aforementioned
individuals, in violation of my rights and interests in the property, have engaged in
actions that compromise the integrity of the ancestral house.

I request your prompt intervention to investigate and take appropriate legal action
against Sona Jhar and Mantu Jha for their involvement in house breaking and the
unauthorized construction, which not only infringe upon my rights but also but the
same may also adversely effect my easement rights in the other half of my
immovable property situated at Ward No. 10, Village - Bargaon, Saharsa-(Bihar)
which per se is illegal and constitute criminal offenses under the Indian Penal Code.

Enclosed with this complaint are relevant documents, including proof of my

association with the property, photographs depicting the unauthorized construction,
and any other pertinent evidence to support my claim.

I kindly urge you to initiate a thorough investigation into this matter and take
necessary steps to rectify the situation and punish the guilty persons. Your
cooperation in addressing this issue promptly is highly appreciated.
