The F&B associate should track the food items deliver to the guest. It’s their responsibility to clear it within the hour or ask the guest for convenient time of clearance. To ensure that all staff are aware of the removal of the room service trays from guest room. In case of busy time or due to any reason clearance not done by IRD, housekeeping attendant to inform the IRD for the same while cleaning the room, if it gets delay that has to be clear by the housekeeping attendant to keep in the service landing area. In case guest is present in the room the clearance has to be done immediately and kept in service landing area. Ensure no tray or clearance left in room or corridor or pantries, it has to be clear before end of the shift.
