a . The onboarding process

In order to ensure a positive onboarding experience for new employees and maintain high satisfaction
levels, I will implement the following onboarding plan tailored to the needs of the successful candidate.

I will start by providing clear communication regarding their start date, location, and any
necessary paperwork or documentation required prior to their first day. This is to ensure that the
candidate feels well-prepared and informed about what to expect.

I will assign a dedicated mentor or buddy who also may be the supervisor to the new joiner. This
individual will serve as a point of contact for any questions or concerns the new joiner may have
during their initial days and weeks. This mentorship will help the new joiners acclimate to their
new role and foster a sense of belonging within the team.

I will organize an orientation program that covers the company's history, values, culture, and
organizational structure. This will provide the new joiner with a solid understanding of the
company's mission and vision, as well as how their role fits into the larger picture.

I will also ensure that the new joiner receives thorough training specific to their role and
responsibilities. I will develop a training scheme that may include both formal training sessions as
well as on-the-job training opportunities to help the new joiners quickly become proficient in
their duties.

I will schedule regular check-ins with the new joiners to solicit feedback on their onboarding
experience and address any concerns or areas for improvement promptly. This demonstrates my
commitment to their success and ensures that any issues are addressed proactively.

Finally, at the end of the probation period, I will administer a survey to gauge the new joiner
onboarding experience. This survey will cover various aspects of the onboarding process,
including the effectiveness of the orientation program, the quality of training received, and overall
satisfaction with their integration into the team. Then I will administer a performance evaluation
to assess the junior's performance and areas of improvement.

By implementing this onboarding plan, I aim to provide the successful candidate with a positive and
welcoming experience that sets them up for success in their new role. Additionally, I believe that this
approach will contribute to maintaining my target satisfaction rate of 90% and foster a culture of
continuous improvement within our organization.

b. Calculate the Leave Liability of the employees

Leave Tracker Link
In the leave tracking process, I calculated the accrued leave days by deducting the utilized days in the
current year from the days carried over from the previous year. To determine the accrued leave for the
three months (January, February, and March), I multiplied 1.75 by each month, as each month contributes
1.75 days. The resulting values were then added to the remaining leave days after subtracting the days
taken in the current month.
