Health goal- e.g improve my clients confidence…. reference a strategy that is effective to helping people improve their

confidence. Physical goal - perhaps to do with stamina or or co-ordination

Your PDP must be a minimum of four (4) sessions to meet a 7-8 grade as you are required to show adaptations and

progressions. There must be evidence of both health and physical goals throughout the PDP.
