About the project for English III
1. Meeting time and place
The meeting was held at 9 am on February 21th, 2024.
Address: Room 507, building D6 of Banking Academy.
2. Meeting purpose
Form the group and choose the leader.
Decide on a topic for the project.

4. Meeting content
Hoa, Cha and I knew each other before. The five of us happened to be sitting at the same
table and decided to form a group after a few greetings.
After getting to know each other, we decided to choose Thuy as the group leader because of
her enthusiasm. Then we created a zalo group to conveniently communicate and exchange
information.
Everyone said we needed someone to write meeting minutes and I did not hesitate to accept
this task. Cha was also very enthusiastic and accepted the task of writing a group work report
and a work schedule.
We started the meeting by choosing a topic for the project. We hesitated between many topics
about travel and holidays, music, environment and health, food and drink. We both haven't
decided on the topic yet. So we agreed to go home and learn more about the topics given
All members agreed with that opinion.
5. Plan for the next meeting
We plan to decide on the topic and its main content in the next class session. Then we will
search for good articles, magazines, and essays on these topics at level B1
6. Conclusion of the meeting
The group has been formed and the leader has been chosen.
There are initial ideas about the topics of project.

4. Meeting content
Every year we start the meeting by picking up a topic that was left unfinished at the previous
meeting. Thuy and Hoa wanted to choose the environment because this issue is of great concern
to people globally. Cha and Minh wanted a music theme because they really like music and
want to learn about it. Nga chose the theme travel and holiday. After coming back to learn
about this topic, we came to an agreement on choosing the topic travel and holidays and music
Because the project requires 5 assignments in 2 combined topics. We discussed with each other
and decided that Thuy, Hoa, and Nga would choose the article in the topic Travel and Holiday
and Minh and Cha would choose the article in the topic Music.
We finally decided on the topic and reported it to the lecturer. Our leaders also announced the
meeting content to everyone via the zalo group.
5. Plan for the next meeting
We plan to to assign tasks to each person in the next meeting.
6. Conclusion of the meeting
The topic of project has been chosen.
Completed 100% of the set target.

2. Meeting purpose

4. Meeting content
Our leaders divide what we have to do into 2 main tasks:
- Receive articles in 5 articles to complete
- Choose yourself one lesson on the assigned topic in the previous part to do

And we finally agreed:

- Well choose 1st with Multiple choice task
- Thuy chose 2nd with the Q&A task
- Hoa chose 3rd with the T/F mission
- Russia chose 5th with the Summarizing mission
- And the 4th part with the Matching task is undertaken by Minh

Just like that, we quickly completed the assignment of tasks to members.

5. Plan for the next meeting
We plan to submit our work to the group leader on March 20, 2024, for everyone to see and give
comments. Then we will combine everyone's barn words together.

6. Conclusion of the meeting

Appropriate tasks have been assigned to each member.
Accomplished 100% of set goals.

4. Meeting content
After looking at everyone's assignments. The exercises of Thuy, Hoa, and Nga meet the
requirements of B1 level and also have news words, meeting the requirements. Cha's article is
being taken from B2 level material and has not yet converted the definition of new's word in
English. Minh also searched for an article that was higher than his level and did not meet the
requirements for the Matchin article he received. So the group leader asked the two of them to do it
again and complete the exercise the next day, March 21, 2024.

5. Plan your next meeting

We made a plan, Thuy and Cha would submit Meeting Minutes; a group work schedule; a group work
report. and Nga and Hoa will take on the task of combining and completing all their cards to create a
complete song

Everyone submitted their assignments and corrected their mistakes.
