Coloring Pop up Project

Print the pieces of paper, color the pages and cut out the different
elements of the card

House elements -
cut them out and fold where the grass and leaves meet the house, they
will be glued on paper strips and attached to the base paper

Rabbit elements -
Base Paper - fold in the middle, all they will be glued on
the other elements will be glued on it the strips of paper
 Fold the extra elements. I put the tree trunk paper at the back and
used it to attach all the other elements. As the card opens the tree
trunk paper pulls all the other elements.

To attach the elements use the strips of paper. Cut them out, fold
and glue them each of them into a square shape. I made a template
for this, but you can make your own at different sizes if you want to.
The most important part is that each strip has to have five sides.
 How to attach the tree trunk paper

Add glue on one Fold the tree Fold the card When you open

* The wider the angle at which you glue the tree trunk paper, the straighter the tree
trunk will be. I didn’t add template lines on the final printable paper so that they
don’t look odd on your final card.

* The more paper strips you add the harder it will be for the tree trunk paper to pull
the whole mechanism. I only added two extra layers, one for the houses and one
for the little rabbits.
