Fold and glue together
(be careful not to glue the
small tabs together), then
cut out the branch.
For the foliage, use
different colors of paper
that you cut into small
bushes as shown here.
Next, cut a small
slot on 2 pieces and
insert them into each
other, then glue the
parts onto a branch.

You can put several pieces

together to form a more
compact foliage. See the photo
on the cover for an example.
Cut a small
slot on top of
one and on
the bottom of
the other.

Fold the
tabs up and
position your
branch on the
tree trunk.

You can glue as

many branches as
you want wherever
you like.
Cut, fold, and glue the You can also use
roots together, then different colors of
glue them around the paper, different
base of the tree trunk. shades of green,
or of yellow and
orange and brown
for variety.

Glue a small coin or

weight inside the base of
the tree before gluing it
together, to add weight
and stability to the model.
