Dialogo :

David (Instructor): Hi Daniela, today we're going to talk about some important
traffic signs. Are you ready to learn?

Daniela: Hi! Yes, I'm ready to learn more about traffic signs.

David: Great. Let's start with the "Stop" sign. You'll recognize it by its octagonal
shape and red color. Do you know what it
means?

Daniela: Yes, it means I must come to a

complete stop at an intersection and then
proceed when it's safe.

David: Exactly, Daniela. Now, take a look at this

triangular sign with a red border and a white car
inside. Do you recognize it?

Daniela: Yes, it's the "Yield" sign. It means I should

yield the right of way to other drivers if there are any
nearby and then proceed when it's safe.

David: Very good. Now, notice this square sign with a blue
background and a "P" in the center. What does it indicate?

Daniela: That's the "Parking" sign. It means I can park my

car in this area as long as I comply with parking
regulations.
David: Excellent. Here's a sign with a walking child. What does
it tell you?

Daniela: It's the "School Zone" sign. It means I should pay

extra attention because there's a nearby school, and children
might be crossing the road.

David: Correct. And finally, look at this circular sign with a

white background and a red diagonal stripe. Do you know
what it means?

Daniela: Yes, that's the "Prohibition" sign. It indicates that

something specific is prohibited, like overtaking, turning
right, etc., depending on what's shown on the sign.

David: Well done, Daniela! You've grasped these traffic signs very well.
Remember always to pay attention to them while driving to maintain safety on
the road.

Daniela: Thanks for the explanation; this really helps me feel more confident
when driving!
