any relevant authority regarding traffic congestion in Gurugram City, including the findings
and recommendations made therein.
2. Kindly furnish information on the measures taken by the concerned authorities to
alleviate traffic congestion in Gurugram City, along with details of any infrastructure
development projects initiated or completed aimed at easing traffic flow.
3. Please provide data on the number of traffic violations recorded within Gurugram City
limits over the past year, categorized by type of violation (e.g., overspeeding, illegal
parking, traffic signal violations, etc.).
4. I would like to request information on the budget allocation specifically designated for
addressing traffic congestion issues in Gurugram City for the current fiscal year, along
with details of how this budget has been utilized thus far.
5. Lastly, please provide any correspondence, communication, or minutes of meetings
related to discussions on tackling traffic congestion in Gurugram City between your
department and other relevant stakeholders.

I am writing to request information under the Right to Information Act, 2005 regarding the issue of
waste management in Gurugram City. As a concerned citizen, I have observed numerous
challenges related to waste disposal and management within the city, leading to environmental
and public health concerns. Therefore, I seek the following information:

1. Please provide details of the current waste management practices adopted by the
Municipal Corporation of Gurugram, including the methods of waste collection,
transportation, treatment, and disposal.
2. Kindly furnish information on the total quantity of solid waste generated in Gurugram City
on a monthly basis, along with the percentage breakdown of different types of waste (e.g.,
organic, plastic, paper, etc.).
3. Please provide data on the number and locations of designated waste collection points
or bins across Gurugram City, along with details of their maintenance and frequency of
emptying.
4. I would like to request information on any initiatives or programs implemented by the
Municipal Corporation to promote waste segregation at the source among residents and
commercial establishments within Gurugram City.
5. Lastly, please provide details of any contracts or agreements between the Municipal
Corporation of Gurugram and private waste management companies or contractors
responsible for waste collection and disposal services, including the terms of service and
financial arrangements.
