Bibek joined OBCI as a junior assistant trainee in December 2017 and since then, with his
dedication and passion for work, gone on to become a senior assistant in our Sales, Marketing &
Market Research Department. He is intensely passionate about business research and analysis

and its application and is also able to do multitask. In particular, he would keep the update of the

preparing daily sales report etc.

ease always made him a stand-out member of the trainee team and later I hired him as a full-time
employee. Bibek is interested in enhancing the standard of statistical education here in Nepal and
aspires to complete an MS in Business Analytics course offered by University of Hertfordshire
and then progress to postgraduate research.
