1. In footbag, it isn’t important bend your knees or your elbows. You need wear light clothes
2. In footbag, you can’t use your hands for catch the bag, you can only use your feet to kick
the bag.
3. In footbag, you can’t dribble the bag on the floor. You need to keep it in the air all the time.
4. In footbag, you can pass the bag all over your body, but you can’t touch it with your hands
5. In footbag, you can do all kinds of moves, such as spinning or jumping, the more difficult
it is the higher the score you get.
