1.Sit Ups

5. Dorsal Press

Bent-knee sit-ups with


hands on side of head

Lie on mat. Use arms


to hyperextend back
and then lower trunk
back to lying position.

Squat down, take

1. Start at the
red cone and
skip to the
blue cone.

Repeat until song finishes

3. Do 15 Jumping
jacks and then
walk to the red
cone.

2. Jog from the


blue cone to
the black cone

Center # 3
Hoops
1. Start at the red hoop and
hula hoop for 20 seconds
around your hip. Then run
the black hoop.

3. Run through the


hoops twice and
then skip to the red
hoop.

Pick up the black hoop


and spin it with your
arms for 20 seconds.
Then skip to the hoops.

Bunny Hop
1. Bend knees
2. Keep your feet together

3. Hop like a bunny

Horse Gallop

1.Stand up straight
2.Gallop using the tips of
your feet.
3.Make sure that they
are light steps.

Bear Walk

1. Get on the flour


2. Get on all fours
3. Make sure to plant your arms and feet on the
floor
4. Sway your head as you walk

Lower ab lift with resistance


1. Lie on the floor with your partner standing with their feet
on either side of your head.
2. Hold onto their ankles or the heels of their shoes.
3. Raise your legs up towards your partner.
4. Make sure your core is tight and your legs are straight as
your partner throws or pushes your legs down to the
floor.

Resistance Bands

1. Each partner must sit on a ball side by side.


2. Make sure your feet are planted firmly on
the ground.
3. Both partner will grab the band and lift it
above their head.
4. They will then lightly pull away from each
other only moving their upper body.

Seesaw

1. Sit down on the floor facing your partner.


2. Make sure that your leg space away from each other and have
your feet pushing them against each others soles .
3. A partner will have a medicine ball and pass it to the other.
4. When receiving the ball you must have your legs bent but
straighten them when you receive the ball on their way down.
5. Make sure to keep your back straight.
