General Policies

1. No certain project/s shall be implemented unless the same was passed and approved by the Board of
Directors.

2. All members must adhere to the provisions of the Articles of Incorporations and by-laws, rules and
regulation formulated by the Board.

3. Integrated Cooperative funds must be fully utilized generally for the Benefit of the Filipino people,
through humanitarian and development projects.

4. The Integrated Cooperative will not be used for personal aggrandizement or political end of any
member or nor will it be used to promote the political agenda of any politician.

5. The Integrated Cooperative is established promote unity, equality, love and spiritual enlistment the
lives of every Filipino.

OBJECTIVES/ GOAL

1. To spearhead integrated cooperative pilot projects in the countryside as showcase of sustainable

Indo-Argi-Argo-Aqua Development and Livelihood Programs;

2. To spearhead integrated cooperative chapters in rural and urban communities through social services,
educate and disseminate relevant information to all and inculcate the importance of environment and
preservation of ecology;

3. To study and approve project feasibility’s development plans and programs; and other related
livelihood business, natural resources development and utilization, but also in the implementation of
infrastructure projects including the transfer of industrial high-technology in the country;

4. To enter into a covenant with other countries and any entity, domestic or foreign, in carrying out any
transaction in consonance with the objectives of the organization integrated cooperatives;

5. To improve the quality of life by extending assistance to Countryside. Integrated Cooperative

development projects in support to the Filipino people.
