Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى قياس أثر متطلبات إدارة ا&عرفة في
واعتمدت.داء الوظيفي في الشركات الصناعية العراقيةJ اKتحس
وتم تصميم إستبانة أ ُعدت،سلوب الوصفي التحليليTالدراسة ا
حيث تم تحليلها ضمن الحزمة،Kلغرض جمع البيانات من ا&وظف
جتماعية لتحقيق غرض وأهداف الدراسةTحصائية للعلوم اeا
وقد تمثل مجتمع الدراسة من الشركات الصناعية في العراق.الحالية
وأقتصرت الدراسة على الشركات،( شركة130)جماليTوعددها ا
،( شركة10)جماليT وعددها ا،الصناعية العراقية في العاصمة بغداد
قسام وموظفيJوكانت وحدة ا&عاينة مكونة من ا&ديرين ورؤساء ا
لةT وأظهرت النتائج وجود أثر ذو د.دارات الوسطىeقسام في اJا
والهيكل،إحصائية &تطلبات إدارة ا&عرفة بأبعادها)الثقافة التنظيمية
داء الوظيفي بأبعادها)الدقةJ اKوالوعي ا&عرفي( في تحس،التنظيمي
وجودة العمل( في الشركات،وا&ثابرة في العمل،بداعe ا،في العمل
وقد أوصت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات ومن.الصناعية العراقية
ضرورة تبني استراتيجية متخصصة &تطلبات ادارة ا&عرفة:أهمها
.داء الوظيفيJ اK من أجل تحسKلرفع مستويات ا&عرفة لدى العامل

Knowledge Management Requirements on
Improving Job Performance in Iraqi Industrial
Companies Abstract The current study aimed to
measure the impact of knowledge management
requirements on improving job performance in Iraqi
industrial companies. The study adopted the
descriptive analytical method, and a questionnaire
was designed for the purpose of collecting data from
employees, which were analyzed within the
statistical package for social sciences to achieve the
purpose and objectives of the current study. The
study population consisted of industrial companies
in Iraq with a total number of (130) companies, and
the study was limited to Iraqi industrial companies in
the capital, Baghdad, and their total number was
(10) companies, and the sampling unit was made up
of managers, department heads and department
employees in middle departments. The results
showed a statistically significant impact of the
requirements of knowledge management with its
dimensions (organizational culture, organizational
structure, and knowledge awareness) in improving
job performance with its dimensions (accuracy at
work, creativity, perseverance at work, and quality of
work) in Iraqi industrial companies. The study
recommended a set of recommendations, the most
important of which are: The need to adopt a
specialized strategy for the requirements of
knowledge management to raise the levels of
knowledge of employees in order to improve job

The Impact of Knowledge Management Requirements in Improving Job
Performance in Iraqi Industrial Companies
Abstract
The current study aimed to measure the impact of knowledge management requirements
on improving job performance in Iraqi industrial companies. The study adopted the
descriptive analytical method, and a questionnaire was designed for the purpose of
collecting data from employees, which were analyzed within the statistical package for
social sciences to achieve the purpose and objectives of the current study. The study
population consisted of industrial companies in Iraq with a total number of (130)
companies, and the study was limited to Iraqi industrial companies in the capital, Baghdad,
and their total number was (10) companies, and the sampling unit was made up of
managers, department heads and department employees in middle departments. The
results showed a statistically significant impact of the requirements of knowledge
management with its dimensions (organizational culture, organizational structure, and
knowledge awareness) in improving job performance with its dimensions (accuracy at
