Sub: Intimation under regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of
SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)

Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Corporation has received an order from the
Deputy Commissioner (ST), State Special Circle-I, Kunchanapalli, Guntur Distt. for
collection of Goods and Service Tax, Interest and penalty for Andra Pradesh state. The
corporation shall file an appeal before the 1st appellate authority of the applicable
jurisdiction against the said orders within the prescribed timeline.

There is no material impact on the financials, operations or other activities of the

Corporation due to the above mentioned order.

The detail as required under regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) are attached as Annexure-A.
