Terms and conditions Plan V.

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions (herein referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) is to regulate and establish the procedures
applicable to the Offer called “Plan V.” offered by Concesionaria Vuela Compañía de Aviación, S.A.P.I. of C.V. (herein referred to as
“Volaris”) to the customer via email.

People who wish to apply for the Offer may do so under the following "Terms and Conditions" which are accepted by the Customer at the
time of requesting the application of the same:

1. The purpose of the Offer is to allow the customer to change their Current (original) Flight covered by their reservation code, free
of charge, for one of the Alternative Flights offered and communicated by Volaris via email. If the customer requests to change
their Current (original) Flight for any of the Alternative Flights offered and communicated by Volaris and provided that the request
is confirmed by Volaris by the provisions of this document, the customer will be a creditor to the amount of Electronic Credit
announced in the offer.

2. The Offer is valid for 24 hours from the moment the customer received it in their email from Volaris. If the customer does not
send the request to change their Current (original) Flight for any of the Alternative Flights within 24 hours of receiving it, the Offer
will be without effect and lose all validity, so it can no longer be claimed by the customer.

3. The Offer by itself does not imply a change of itinerary of the Current (original) Flight of the customer covered in his reservation,
nor the issuance of the Electronic Credit. For the flight change and the Electronic Credit to be applicable and therefore both valid
and enforceable, the customer must: (i) send, within the term indicated in this document, their request to change their Current
(original) Flight for one of the Alternative Flights offered and communicated by Volaris in the Offer and; (ii) receive a confirmation
email from Volaris confirming the change of the Current (original) Flight for one of the Alternative Flights.

4. Once the customer submits his flight change request, they will receive a response from Volaris within no more than one hour,
notifying them whether the change is confirmed.

5. If Volaris accepts the flight change request, the customer's Current (original) Flight will be rendered null and void, and the
customer will have to travel on the date of the selected Alternative Flight. Only in this case, the customer will receive the Electronic
Credit for the amount stated in the offer within one hour of the flight change confirmation by Volaris.

6. If Volaris does not accept the customer's flight change request, the customer must board their Current (original) Flight according to their
original itinerary. In this case, the Client will not have the right to claim the Electronic Credit announced indicated in the Offer.

7. If the Current (original) Flight is canceled for reasons attributable to Volaris, and Volaris has not confirmed the flight change to
the customer, this Offer will no longer be valid. In that case, Volaris will protect the customer by the policies applicable to the
Current (original) Flight.

8. If Volaris accepts the Customer's flight change request and the Alternative Flight suffers any impact attributable to Volaris, the
airline will protect the passenger by its current compensation policies.

9. The customer accepts that when Volaris confirms the flight change, they will only receive the Electronic Credit mentioned in the
offer. Therefore, after the flight change and the Electronic Credit issuance, Volaris will not be responsible for previous expenses
or additional charges that the customer may incur because of the flight change.

10. If the customer paid for a seat on their Current (original) Flight, Volaris assigns them a new one on the Alternative Flight that
may not correspond to their previous selection. In that case, the customer will not have the right to any reimbursement or
compensation for that fact.

11. Once the customer requests to change their Current (original) Flight for one of the Alternative Flights offered by Volaris, the
customer will not be able to withdraw or retract it. In any case, they must wait for Volaris' confirmation as to whether the change
is confirmed. If Volaris accepts the Alternative flight and the customer wants to change its date, they must comply with Volaris
policy for flight changes and cover the corresponding fee.

12. If the customer who received the offer requests the change of the Current (original) Flight for one of the Alternative Flights, and
there are more people on the same reservation, they accept that the adjustment applies to all of them. In that case, Volaris will
issue an Electronic Credit for each customer included in the reservation once the change is confirmed. Therefore, when
requesting a change, the customer acknowledges that they have obtained the agreement and acceptance of the other
passengers traveling in the reservation.

13. The Electronic Credit that is issued in favor of the client if Volaris confirms the change of the Current (original) Flight for the
Alternative Flight has the following characteristics and is subject to the following conditions:

The amount of the electronic credit granted applies only to pay for the base fare in the acquisition of future
reservations on routes operated by Volaris, so it does not apply to the TUA, taxes, additional services, or other
charges that the customer must cover with own resources; it is personal and non-transferable, so only its owner can
use it in reservations in their name The electronic credit will be valid for 180 calendar days from its issuance to book
and travel. If the credit is not used within that period, it will lose its validity and can no longer be used; said electronic
credit is not exchangeable for money, products, or services other than those indicated in these terms and conditions. If
the base fare is greater than the amount of the electronic credit, the customer must cover the missing difference with
their resources; the customer can only use the credit once, and its amount is not cumulative. If there is a remaining
balance after using it, the customer cannot use it for future purchases. After using the electronic credit, the customer
cannot request a refund, changes, or cancellations. The electronic credit is not cumulative with other promotions or
electronic credits, so only one electronic credit can be used when purchasing a reservation. Volaris will issue the
electronic credit in the currency in which the reservation was paid and can be made valid only through the website
volaris.com), the official Volaris application, or our Call Center (call from Mexico at 01 (55) 1102-8000). The customer
accepts that Volaris may cancel without any responsibility any reservation purchased with electronic credit that
violates the previous bases without the customer having the right to return the electronic credit. The credit holder is
responsible for the destination and uses given to it.
