Nowadays, health care is a widely - debated subject.

Opinions are divergent regarding whether


people consider exercises as an integral part in taking care of heath or balance diet had better
be the key to good health. In my opinion, both view points are justifiable and both exercises
and balance are determining criteria for healthy lifestyle.
Proponents of health care expouse the importance of exercises to people’s health. One of the
main explanation for this view point is that excercising help people enhance physical body and
improve immune system. As a matter of fact, if people endeavor to exercise daily, their bodies
will gain more muscles and they will be enabled to generate more antibodies. Due in large part
to this, people can experience a day with more energy and they may not be subjected to health
realted issues such as sickness, catching cold… Moreover, exercise is a way of relieving stress
for people. According to some scientific reasearches, during exercise, their minds are entered
to a resting state, which makes people stop thinking and worrying. Thus, daily exercises can be
a part of maintaining healthy body.
Detractors of exercise assert that a balance diet can entitle human’s body to contain important
vitamins, minerals and nutrients and it helps our body slow down the effects of aging. It is
undeniable that a balance diet can synthesize a more complete compound of nutrient for our
body than a normal meal. This means that people can manage their calories level and body’s
weight easily and they can reduce the risk of chronic illness in the future. In additon, slowing
down the effects of aging process is one of the benefits of having a balance diet. A balance diet
contains many anti-aging properties which helps our body function better at any ages. As a
result, it allows people to prolong their lives. Therefore, a balance diet is also necessary to
achieve good health.
In conclusion, both viewpoints maintain a different justifications. I think that balance diet is as
important to health as exercise. Both of these are the key to good health and they should be
recommended to widely apply to our life.
