Early Game/Starting Materials:

Emeradic Crystal - Make Emeradic (NOT emerald) Crystals by shooting an Atomic

Rectonstructor laser at some Emeralds. You can get black quartz to make the
atomic reconstructor by combining 8 nether quartz with 1 charcoal, then smelting
the smokey quartz. Emeradic Crystals in a Part Builder makes Emeradic Knife
Blade which have really good durability (1400 durability) which gives the Shuriken
a fair bit of durability, and hence lots of ammo. Make 4 of these knife
blades to start with.

Next, do **NOT** put on any modifiers to boost the durability such as Diamonds or
Emeralds. The goal isn't to boost the durability, because in the long term
putting these on just uses up modifiers and, in the end, the goal is to make it
unbreakable so durability will not matter. Once it is unbreakable, you have
unlimited ammo. Instead, stack on as many Reinforcement Modifiers as possible until
you get 5 on it, at which point it becomes unbreakable. Now go slaughter
mobs at your mob farm until you get it leveled up to the point that you can make it
unbreakable. At this point, you have a unbreakable Shuriken with decent
damage and unlimited ammo. Good, but not GREAT.. yet.

Once it is unbreakable, the next time you level it up add at least ONE piece of
Lapis. Lapis gives the weapon LUCK which is basically Looting enchantment.
It will also gain more luck, up to 360/360 Luck (equal to Looting III) as you kill
mobs with it. You can expedite the process by putting on 360 lapis if you
want or just add one piece and let it naturally build up over time.. your choice.
Typically, I max it out since you get tons of Lapis from sifting for ores.

Mid-Game Upgrades:
Once you have access to some ingots and an Alloy Smelter (even a simple alloy
smelter will work here), make some Enderium. Use one Enderium Ingot to cast a
single Enderium Knife Blade. This will give you 4 material modifiers (we are
interested in 3 of them in marticular): Enderference, Endspeed, Global Traveler,
and Portly Gentleman (we don't really care about this one unless you want ot pick-
up mobs with the weapon). Enderference makes it so Endermen can not
teleport, so you can use it to shoot Endermen and they won't avoid the attack. This
also let's you shoot other mobs with the TP ability such as the Gaia
Guardian. Endspeed makes it so your projectiles fly perfectly straight (no downward
arcing), fly as far as you can see, and fly so fast that they go THRU
mobs.. hitting any mob behind the first one too (can you say Armor Piercing Ammo?)

At this point, you have a unbreakable, unlimited range Shuriken with good
Damage/DPS. The next step in the process is to boost the weapon's damage and DPS.
We will do this by first boosting the amount of damage done to a mob with 100% HP
(basically the DMG of the "first strike"). This can be done by casting a
single Manyullyn Knife Blade and adding that to the Shuriken in place of one of the
Emeradic Knife Blades (make sure to place it in the Tool Forge so it
replaces an Emeradic Blade and **NOT** the Enderium one we just added before this.
The Manyullyn blade will add 2 material modifiers: Insatiable and
Cold-Blooded. Insatiable make the weapon's projectiles do more and more damage the
longer you shoot it at mobs but uses more durability.. but since it is
unbreakable, it won't take any durability damage, so we don't care about the
negative effect. Cold-Blooded makes it do additional damage to mobs with 100%
HP,s o the first hit a mob takes from a projectile does roughly 50% extra damage.
Can you say "BOOM Head-shot!"?

At this point, you have an unbreakable, unlimited range, armor piercing Shiruken
that even better damage especially with the first hit. Good.. better than
before.. but still not GREAT.

Late(r) Game Upgrades:

The next step in the process toward OP-ness is to further boost the damage, add
some additional beneficial abilities, and then make all the mobs cower in
fear. The Shuriken currently has 2 Emeradic Blades, a Manyullyn Blade, and a
Enderium Blade. We will now change out the 2 Emeradic Blades with new ones that
increase the damage. Once you have access to either growing enough Inferium Essence
to make Supremium or can kill the Wither a bunch to get Supremium, make
2 Supremium Ingots and use those to cast TWO supremium Knife Blades. Add these in
place of the last two Emeradic Blades.. again making sure to replace the
Emeradic Blades and **NOT** the Enderium or Manyullyn ones that we added earlier.
At this point you have a really good range weapon, with unlimited ammo,
unlimited range, ability to hit endermen, ability to pierce thru targets and
hit/kill multiple mobs, really good Damage/DPS, and Boom Head-shot-worthy
first-strike capabilities. The Supremium material also gives us a few material
traits that don't really affect the weapon at all.. neither positively nor
negatively.

Now we will add an Embossment to give the tool an extra trait without affecting
it's current stats. To do this, you will need access to various slime pearls
(green, blue, and orange) to make one of each color of crystal. Make a Blue, green,
and Magma slime crystal as well as acquire a single Block of Gold.
Also, create a single Soulium Ingot and cast out a Soulium Knife Blade. Then we
combine the 3 Slime crystals, the block of gold, the Soulium knife blade and
our Shuriken in a tool forge to emboss the Chunky material trait onto the weapon.
This does NOT increase or decrease any of the weapon's stats or
damage/DPS. All it does is take the material trait of Soulium (Chunky) and add it
to the current weapon/tool. Chunky makes it so mobs killed by the weapon
have the chance to drop mob chunks.. which are used to create mystical agriculture
seeds which most players will eventually need to do in this pack.
Not really an upgrade to the weapon itself, just a boost to it's "usefulness".

As we gain modifiers from killing stuff, we will also stack on as much Sharpness
levels as possible by adding Nether Quartz to the weapon via the Tool forge.
This increases the tool's damage, which boosts not only it's overall DPS, but also
boosts the amount of damage increase we get from the Cold-Blooded trait.

Now the Shuriken has basically become a paintbrush of death. Bob Ross may use paint
brushes to paint happy little trees everywhere... but you can use this
Paintbrush of Death to paint a swath of death and pain to everything in your
viewable range. If you can see it, you can kill it.. no matter whether it is an
unruly rabbit, a sassy sheep, or the mighty Enderdragon. Hold down your right mouse
button to unleash a stream of deadly projectiles, raining death upon
all that you survey... blot out the sun with Shurikens. Stop fearing mobs and make
them start to fear YOU.

Super-late game:
Once you have access to Ectoplasm, create a Spectre Anchor from 5 iron Ingots and 1
Ectoplasm. Tinkers' tools and weapons typically can not be "enchanted"
however the ability to use a Spectre Anchor on them to make them anchored,
essentially makes them Soulbound so you don't lose or drop them upon death. It
would be terribad to put in all this work to create this weapon of mass destruction
and then lose it in a unfortunate derpy death. The only thing to do at
this point is to max out the amount of damage the weapon can do by replacing
everything EXCEPT the Enderium blade with shiny, super-sharp Infinity Blades
made from Molten Infinity.
