CONSIDERED AS AUTHORIZED ID. APPLICATIONS RECEIVED
FROM EMAIL IDS OTHER THAN MENTIONED BELOW WILL BE
TREATED AS UNAUTHORIZED SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS
AND WILL BE REJECTED BY LEIL.
3) NO CHANGES TO THIS STANDARD FORMAT WILL BE ACCEPTED
