Writing Section:
Dear Steve,
How have you been? I hope you’re doing well.
First things first, I have to say that I’m really sorry to you because I can’t go to coffee shop
studying with you next weekend on Thursday as we planned before. I know it’s suddenly but
yesterday I received an urgent email from my university’s class counselor about an important
meeting between every class members happens twice a year which occurs right on the date we
arranged our meeting and as a class monitor I have a responsibility to chair it.
Because of that can we rearrange and meet up on Saturday morning instead of seeing each other
on Thursday? I have read the news and checked weather forecast so it’ll be a perfect sunny day
with light cool breeze for us to go hanging around and studying, it’ll be a wonderful day to
spend. I can come to pick you up at 8 in the morning with my bike so you don’t have to worry
much, just remember to package your necessary stuff so you won’t miss a thing then we will go.
How does it sound?
Please let me know as soon as possible. I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
Cheers,
