Dear Sir,

We refer to the subject above mentioned and are pleased to offer you our pre-construction anti-termite treatment; the
brief details are as under.

The termites are worst enemies of mankind because of their several destructive activities. These species are
well known for their ground nesting colonies underneath the flooring and their main source of infestation is
floor -joints, brick- joinery, and slab joints of the flooring, cracks & voids in the built-up structures.
Although their main food is wood but in the same time they are very fond of all cellulose based articles.
Considering the above said fact and the gravity of the huge losses due to termites it is always recommended
to get the treatment done during the construction stage.

SERVICE WARRANTY
This treatment carries a Service Warranty for a period of 05 years during which incase of infestation of
subterranean species of termites, we shall re-do the necessary treatment at our own cost. The Warranty-
Certificate will be issued after final stage of treatment and final payment.
CHARGES & PAYMENT MODE

Rs 65/-per sq.mt. (GST@18% extra as applicable).

30% of the total amount is payable as mobilization advance and balance as per the progress of the work.
