 QUOTATION FOR WATER PROOFING WORK

B PATCH WORK EXTERNAL CEMENT PLASTER
1) Carefully breaking and removing in patches the existing
external plaster of walls, etc in patches without damaging
the plaster, brickwork in the vicinity including cutting a
groove first to demarcate the exact area & cating away of
the debris, cleaning etc. complete.
2) Providing and applying 20-25 mm thk cement plaster in
B.1 two coats with first coat in 12-15 mm thick in 1:5 C.M and Sft 1500 85 127500
second coat in 8-10 mm thick in C.M 1:3 finished in proper
line and level including adding Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+ 200 ml
per 50 kg bag of cementition in both the coats of M/s Pidilite
Industries Ltd , Confirms IS : 2645-2003 and IS: 9103-2000
standards. At all heights including necessary curing for both
the coats etc complete.
C Polymer Treatment To RCC Members
Carefully breaking & removing the existing damaged / corroded
R.C.C. Columns, beam, slabs, chajjas, paradis, fins etc including
disposal & cating away of the debris, cleaning etc in the patches
or long stretches by means of light chisel upto 30mm depth,
upto the level of reinforcement without damaging brickwork,

C.2 Reinforcement treatment coat

C.3 Zinc Rich Primer

C.4 Bond coat

Pre-wetted substrate / apply one coat of cementitious bond
coat, Dr. Fixit Pidicrete MPB / URP : cement (1:1) by proportion
to exposed concrete surface
C.5 Mortar application
Providing and applying polymer modified cement mortar in
proportion of 1(DR. Fixit Pidicrete URP):5(Cement): 15(Quartz
sand) by wt. with water, cement ratio of 0.35 including
application of bonding coat by brushing 1(Polymer): 1(Cement):
0.35 (Water) by wt. including cleaning the surface with air
mixed with water under pressure and subsequent layer up to 10
mm after hardening of polymer manufactured by M/s Pidilite
Industries Ltd.
D Crack Filling
Surface must be thoroughly cleaned, free of dust, grease etc
and washed well with water. The surface to be checked for
cracks, hollowness and loose plastered areas etc if any. All
loose plaster and cracks larger than 10 mm width to be

repaired with polymer modified mortar using Dr Fixit
Pidicrete URP. The cracks up to 5 mm to be treated with Dr
Fixit Crack-X Paste and the larger ones up to 10 mm with Dr
Fixit Crack-X Shrinkfree / Pidicrete URP.
D.1 Application
Providing & Apply one coats of Dr. Fixit Raincoat
Waterproof Coating without any dilution Maintain the Sft 20500 21 430500
spreading rate of 3.5 -4.0 sq mtr per litre / coat application
to achieve about 120-150 microns DFT. Apply second coat of
Dr. Fixit Raincoat select Top coat to be apply with interval of
6-8 hours without any dilution. Maintain the spreading rate
of 6.5 sq mtr per litre / coat application to achieve about 60
microns DFT. Achieving total DFT of 180 to 210 microns.
Bridge hairline cracks up to 2 mm. Product having Anti
carbonation properties as per EN 1062 part 6 & Elongation of
100 % as per ASTM D 412 . With 10 years waterproofing
warranty from M/S Pidilite industries.
OR
Providing & Apply one coats of Dr. Fixit Raincoat
Waterproof Coating without any dilution Maintain the
spreading rate of 3.5 -4.0 sq mtr per litre / coat application
to achieve about 120-150 microns DFT. Apply second coat of
Dr. Fixit Raincoat Classic Top coat to be apply with interval
of 6-8 hours without any dilution. Maintain the spreading
D.1 rate of 6.5 sq mtr per litre / coat application to achieve about Sft 20500 19 389500
60 microns DFT. Achieving total DFT of 170 to 190 microns.
Bridge hairline cracks up to 2 mm .Product having Anti
carbonation properties as per EN 1062 part 6 & Elongation of
100 % as per ASTM D 412 . With 7 years waterproofing and
10 years Paint performance warranty from M/S Pidilite
industries.
F Grill Oil Paint Black Color: Surface Preparation:
Scraping the grill. Apply one coat of primer and allow it to
F.1 dry for 2 - 3 hours. Apply one coat of Black Color Oil Paint. Sft 3000.00 14.00 42000

G PAINTING (NTERNAL )
 Scrapping the existing paint and finishes & Providing and
applying Acrylic Emulsion Paint in minimum of three coats of
approved make and shadeon Walls, Ceiling ,plywood
,gypsumboard, surfaces etc including all the necessary
G.1 surfaces preparation. The wall shall be cleaned, filled with Sft 2500 14 35000
POP punning & applied with one coat of primer to achieve an
even surface to apply paint. As per the directions/ to the
satisfaction of the client (Makes:-AsianPaint, BergerPaint,
Nerolac or equivalent Paint)

Total With Classic System (7 Years waterproofing warranty) = ₹ 6,55,500.00

Total With Select System (10 Years waterproofing Warranty)= ₹ 6,96,500.00

-: Terms and Conditions:-

1. Once the quotation is approved and passed, the client will give us the work-order and will release 25%
advance of the approximate estimated cost. Further payment of 25% will be released by the client after
scaffolding and crack filling work completed and 25% after completion of 1St Coating and the balance 25%
will be released by the client on completion of the work (Client shall deduct from each bill 5% retention
amount. The total retention amount so deducted shall be refunded after one year on completion of the work)

1. Mobilization advance shall be deducted @5% from our Running Bills.

2. On receipt of 90% of the total project cost, we shall give you the water proofing work warranty from
Dr. Fixit.

Note: These calculations are based on the approximate area. The final bill will be made after taking the
physical measurement of the total area in presence of the client or a person appointed by the client and the
difference will be paid accordingly. (As per I. S. I. 1200)

4. In case any damage occurs to the surface after completion of waterproofing work, any further repair
work to be undertaken, the charges for the same be borne by the client.

5. Water, electricity and storage space for the materials and equipment will be supplied by the society
free of cost.

6. Chemicals to be used for repairs like polymer, waterproofing, acrylic paint etc. will be of Dr. Fixit

7. VALIDITY OF THE QUOTATION: 30 days from the date of this quotation.
