With reference to my inspection to the building along with you and other members, I
am quoting my lowest price quotation for waterproofing work at your entire building (Only
Terrace Surface).

Guarantee: This terrace waterproofing system is guaranteed for 3 years. This Wall Waterproofing system is
a combination of different type of high quality Cement Base Chemicals Coating. top coating which will
protect Terrace and would make it water proofed for years and other climatic variation. During the
guarantee period in case of any complaint same will be rectified free of cost.

 Rates of Terrace Waterproofing Services

We Provide a Special Reductions in Rate to the More & More Extra Work without compromising
with the quality of work.

NOTE:

This above rates are given for normal surface of terrace.

But if your terrace has many damps, cracks, or very rough surface. Then we will remove old
plaster and apply the new plaster with extra charges.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. All rates are including materials, labour charge & whatever the taxes applicable.
Advance 50 % Amount to Confirmed order and 50 % on Complete order.
2. This is an approx. estimate. Actual quantity will be measured after completion of
the work Joint measurement will be final.

3. Water & Electricity and space for storing the material shall be provided by you.
4. Waterproofing work will be completed within 1to 3 Days.
5. Any extra work will be charged as per our rates.
 Bathroom Waterproofing Services

Our waterproofing method repairs your bathroom, without changing its tiles and saves your
money and time.

Tiles Joints and cracks sealing / repairing

Application:

1. Clean surface by sand blasting or grinding to provide clean and open Joints.
2. Thoroughly mix measured amounts of 1 part of Part-A Resin with 1 part of Part-B
Hardener by volume
3. Excess material can be removed with a razor knife after 3-4 hours of cure.

Rate for bathroom tiles joints Only Rs.120/- Per Running

Wall Waterproofing Services Estimate
There are two methods of wall waterproofing.
 1) By Removing the old plaster and applying new chemically treated plaster.

Before Removing the old plaster New chemically treated plaster

(It will be charged at Rs.120/- per sq.ft)

2. By Grinding the wall surface and applying waterproofing coats.

(It will be charged at Rs.60/- per sq.ft)

NOTE: We are not able to give the accurate measurement of above Wall waterproofing
work, because only after examining the situation of walls during work, we could
estimate that which method would be appropriate for it.
