This deed of Project Value is made on 26/10/2020 between (1) M/S VIEBUILD PRIVATE LIMITED, Thacil
Complex, 3rd Floor - B, No.10, Raja Annamalai Road, Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore - 641 011 .Here
in after called Party of the First part or Builder. (2) Mr. TAMIL MANI, S/O. Krishnan, Sakkilinantham,
Pikkili, Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu- 636 809. (AADHAR No. – 9234 3102 4404) (Referred by Office Nearby
construction) Here in after called party of the second part or Labour contractor. We made Boomi pooja on
26/10/2020 and work will start on 26/10/2020.

Whereas the Builder has agreed to construct the building at the above said address as per the
working drawings, Structural drawings and Elevation drawings with necessary Materials & labors equipment’s
etc., complete as per the working drawing given.
Our Building Construction Contract value – 6,00,000/- . (Rupees Six Lakhs Only)

(1) * Stage by work progress schedule the payment arrange by cash. (GST &Service Tax as Applicable)
(2) On completion of works, stage payment will be released simultaneously.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE RULES:

1 Initial advance Rs - 50,000/- (Fifty). This amount will be deducted from 2 week once stage value
amount.

2 All stage Payments will be given two week once by cash only. If the work is not completed on/before
the due date, the payment will be delayed.

3 50% of amount only will be given in advance for roof stage work & balance 50% amount will be given
only after the completion.

4 No advance will be given for all other stage work. Once 50% of work completed, 50% of the remaining
amount from the stage value will be released.

5 Client side one day delay for material - We will give two days relaxation.

6 At the same time labors side delay for one day valid reason is acceptable. If two days continuously not
working at the site, per day Rs 2,500/-deducted from your stage value amount.
SCOPE OF CONTRACTING WORK:

1. Total civil labor contract for framed structure building. (Electrical, plumbing, Carpenter,

tailing & painting work not included )

2. All Excavations. Including Loft, Sunshades, Kitchen Counter top, Utility Counter top,
Wash basin counter top, Leading charge & site cleaning including.
3. Refilling and consolidation with earth rammer and site cleaning.
4. Super structure Height
1. Basement top level - 3’ -0” ht (From Natural ground level)
2. Portico Roof Top - xx’-x” ht. (From Existing A block Roof Top Level)
3. First floor - 10’-3” ht. (Including Slab top)
4. Terrace floor - 8’-0” ht. (Including Slab top)
5. All concrete works P.C.C - 1:4:8 & RCC - 1:1.5:3(M20) as per structural design.
6. All Brick work Masonry (9” & 4.5”) with elevation walls.
7. Plastering works all inner and outer with scaffolding. (Outer plastering scaffolding
for paint, plumping, & Elevation Work purpose.)
8. Plywood must be use for Plywood Centering work, beam bottom and side.
9. Include doors, windows, Balcony railing, Compound wall gate fixing. ( safety grill &Grill
Door fixing not included in this budget – Rs – 500/- per door)s
10. Included parapet walls 3’-0”ht. (4.5” or 9” wall)
11. All the above points are included in the basic rate. Above floors leading charges
every floor added in this budget.
12. Bar bending and shuttering works main fitters and helpers should be Tamil Teams
only and support helpers can be any other teams.
13. Electrical Packing, Plumbing Packing - before plastering. Tiles packing included in
this budget. After completed if any patch work is reported, extra payment should
be given by the client.
14. Main Chambers & Manhole fixing not included in this project value.
15. Compound wall base, Brick work inner outer plastering with borders & Gate
Fixing are included.
16. Pest control treatment & Water proofing, Sump & OHT tile lying are not included
in this budget.
17. External filling, P.C.C & finishing work (set back) are not included in this budget.
18. Material Safety purpose watchman (or) Security are not included this budget.
19. Labor shed, Cement storage shed, Drinking water, Toilet provided by the client scope.
20. Temporary EB Board (3 KV) single phase service, EB points, curing hose, provided
by the client scope.
21. Daily curing 3 times, and site cleaning.
22. Service Tax as Applicable. (GST & Service Tax as Applicable).
