Dear students of B.A.LL. B/ BBA.LL. B 9th Semester and LL.B. 5th Semester,

As you know that Moot Court Exercise and Internship is a part for your curriculum which contains
100 marks (External Viva & a File). Following are guidelines for the preparation of the
abovementioned file:

● The file should be divided into three parts:

Part A- Introduction to Moot Court
Part B- 1 Civil Case
Part C- 1 Criminal Case
● The file must be hand-written and spirally bound.

● Front Cover of the file should be transparent whereas the back cover needs to be black.

● Soft copy front page of the file will be provided by the institute, students have to take out its colored
print out and attach it to the file.
● Page numbering should be properly done.

● Unruled page- A4 sized pages should be used to write.

● File must contain at least 60-80 pages.

● The viva would be taken by an External Examiner at the end of the semester or otherwise.

● Maximum marks for the same would be 100 marks.

● Along with the original file the students will also have to submit a photocopy of the same.
