Observe
a. Is there really a need to complete the entire lesson in one schedule? Or can it be continued the
next day
b. What shall I do when there are students who do not want to answer even if you already call
them?
c. How to think of effective motivation activities every lesson?

Reflect
a. The lesson can be divided into two or three days or schedules depending on the length of the
topic. Make sure only that the lesson is connected even if you cut this into more than one
schedule
b. Give them easier questions so they won’t hesitate answering. Then, shift from easiest to hardest
the next time
c. Read articles and present variety of motivation activities so the students will not be bored of the
same strategy or activity.

Plan
a. Problem – students who do not answer even if you call them
Because I want to make sure that everyone at least participates in the class. Moreover, there are
instances where their ideas can be better than those who frequently recite.

Act
May conduct an action research on how to motivate non-participants in the class by framing questions
from easiest to most hardest. That way, I can solicit their opinion and ideas about the topic.
