designed to promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through
hands-on experiences, creative expression, and meaningful interactions. We prioritize
individualized learning, cultural responsiveness, and a balance between child-led

teacher has in their classroom!

ASSESSMENT
We use Teaching Strategies GOLD to assess our children. Assessment plays a vital
role in understanding and supporting a child's development. Through ongoing
observation and documentation, we assess each child’s progress and tailor our
