Position Summary
Maintain various Human Resources systems and workflow tools. Compile, structure, and analyze human
resources data for continuous improvement of Human Resources processes, system and tools. Analyze data
and statistics for trends with regard to HR data, employee records and metrics.
Qualifications
1.Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any related course
2.Good in research and analytical skills
3.Familiar with Human Resources operations, such as payroll and employee benefits.
4.Good written and verbal communication skills
5.Has the ability to work as part of a team and independently.
6.Excellent knowledge of Excel and spreadsheets, other MS Office applicants like Powerpoint and Word.
