follows the rules for peace and also for the many. A leader is also the one who inspires his
subordinates for the sake of a subordinate. The leader is also the one who gives permission
for everything to be done for the development of everyone. The course covers the
understanding of personal values, characteristics, and goals including the normative
foundation of leading which includes the wide array of leadership and management
approaches and refine their leadership and management styles. Understand the frames of
judgment and skills needed to affect positive change in a wide array of settings and to

Management holds up the sky so people can be free to do great work. Leadership brings
health to teams while management brings fitness to your organization. Both are necessary,
neither sufficient alone. But combined, you can achieve remarkable results. Leadership involves
setting goals, holding people accountable, developing and coaching others, and making tough
decisions along the way. As leaders do this, their character will determine what they value, how
they react, how they treat the people around them, and ultimately, the decisions that they
make. Leadership is a vital management function that helps to direct an organization's
resources for improved efficiency and the achievement of goals. Effective leaders provide
clarity of purpose, motivate and guide the organization to realize its mission. A leadership role
is one where you are in charge of a team or entire organization. You have the ability to
influence others and guide your team in a shared strategy. You're also responsible for building
and maintaining employee morale, helping employees reach their full potential and inspiring
employee loyalty.
